* Competition ends midnight 10 April 2020.
* In order to qualify you need to post a photo or video of yourself on your Instagram feed sharing what 30 means to you, tag @avene_sa, tag a friend and use #Happy30.
*You can enter as many times as you like.
* Winner will be selected via random draw and will be announced within 2 weeks of the competition closing date.
* Should we not be able to reach the winner within 30 days, a new winner will be selected.
* Prize details: A 1-year supply of Eau Thermale Avène product delivered in 1 hamper (capped at R10,000 value)
* Prize is non-transferrable and may not be exchanged for cash.
